Maybe it’s time to shake your routine so you are excited rather than bored. I have a great workout plan to suggest to you that will do the job. You won’t find this in just any weight loss forum.
You’re going to need some kettlebells, your body, a ball, and barbells for sequence of exercises that will get you a great workout. These supersets will combine several exercises to maximize effectiveness and to keep you excited about working out.
To get started, use the forward lunge. Rather than doing one side and then the other, do all repetitions for one side first before doing them for the other side.
I want you to do eight repetitions on each side, recover for a minute and repeat for 3 sets.
After the lunges, get the bar in your hand and start the squat and extension part of the routine.Since some of your parts will be weary from lunging, you will want to use ease up on the size of the barbells.
Holding the bar as high as your chest, step back from the rack and with each foot aligned with each shoulder, lower your hips and then push yourself back up.
Lie with your back on the exercise sphere and keep each foot planted.With each hand in back of the head, raise the back while your chest is lifted. This could be better than doing six pack ab exercises.
There are special chairs for extensions, so use it if it’s accessible. Take 60 seconds to recover and then do this a total of three sets. Now, move on to the intervals portion of your routine: a kettlebell sequence with three patterns that will get you five hundred reps.
The kettlebell swings will do a couple hundred repetitions with as little time taken in between as you can manage.Extend your arm with the weight and then use your hips to propell it up to the level of your shoulders. Keep your mind focused and use a weight light enough so you can do a couple hundred swings.
Finally, squat a couple hundred times with your body’s weight only followed by some jacknives with the ball.
