People have always been interested in finding secret weight loss tips. This is true specially for those people who need to lose some weight. Generally you will find a couple of ways to do is. The first one is referred to as a speedy-burn, then the second one is known as crash-burn.
Before we discuss these two different techniques further, we will discuss first about the link of the body and the mind in psychology. Some weight professionals assert that your body has its own personal alarm that would let it know if it’s in distress or needs to be on guard. Because of this, sometimes what you think might be the proper way to experience fat burning is not actually the most effective way.
Another good example of this happening in the body is when we engage in crash diets or start exercising too much. Since the body was not used to this, it becomes “traumatized” and remembers these events as “crash points”. The moment you stop dieting and slow down in your exercises, it stores as much as it can, slowing down our metabolism, in case the body experiences “trauma” again in the future.

Because even if the mind controls the body, what the mind may think of as a good way to burn fat fast, may be perceived as dangerous by the body to its well-being, causing it to go into “survival” mode. That’s why it would be best to sort of “retrain” the body so it would not be as resistant to losing fats and unwanted weight when you do more rigorous exercises and eat less.
By the time you stop your diet or exercise, the body goes into heightened alert. It tries to protect itself by holding on to as much fat as it could to store inside the body. The metabolism of the body slows down since it wants to be prepared for this kind of situation in the future. That is why the tendency is for the body to gain all those pounds back and sometimes even more.
On the other hand, “speedy-burn” is rapid weight loss which is different from crash-burn because this method involves gradual processes of retraining the body so it can lose weight at the most optimum speed that is healthy. One way to do this is to engage in walking based programs or exercises when you begin training or working out to shed some pounds. It is also not recommended to go into crash diets.
However, once your body is reprogrammed and retrained, it will now be easier and safer for you to do more advanced workouts and lose more weight. This is safer because using this method would ensure that the weight loss will not come back immediately when you stop working out. The body’s sensors are not disturbed and instead of slowing down, your metabolism improves and you are able to burn more fat easily.
Whatever weight loss tips you implement to become thinner, more fit, and healthier, always consult your doctor before dieting and starting your workout exercise programs to lose weight. This is very important. As a rule, you should not start any fat burning program without seeing a doctor.
