Here is the question, considering constipation for 3 – 4 days of some body movements which is not good, considering important for your help where he say my diet is fat , it is not great, it is not something recent with something recently, something conspiracy, something child, ok so whenever I change my diet to get more fiber, however I have to cancel it on time.

Basically, she has not been becoming very comfortable; sometimes she increases to 3 – 4 days in bad movements that makes sense because the waist is not going inwards and just sitting there and you can store actually, the huge intestines can stores up to 60 pounds of fetal matter, that’s pretty huge, you know, 60 pounds of extra pounds of shit sitting here in intestines, not good .

I should not laugh; this is fairly serious concern for lot of people, so she is hungry but she feels like she can’t eat because her stomach can’t take more food. So, she is having couple of questions, I will take one at a time. What type of food should I stay away from? First of all you have to stay away from crab. It is actually pretty relatable remember, so stay from crab. Stay away from caffeine because caffeine is a stimulant which is going to basically attend the intestine to can track little more spasmodically for cold tan. You all stand for refined foods have less resolutions, no fiber, so they are just sitting here do not mobile, do not going through, the A stands for alcohol, alcohol has basically no benefits for the body and the P stands for process, which means the refined processed foods very similar stuffs.

Basically, you have to stay away from the western diet and go for Raw food diet, ok? Move toward whole foods, lot of fiber and foods you are not sensitive too, this kind of answer is for first question of stay away from. Try to avoid lots of meat, lot of animal product not going to be digestive very well, they tend not to move to intestine very well, if you are not getting enough fiber and if lot of meat is sitting in your intestine that is co-relate with the develop of colons which also develops collateral cancer, that’s not a good thing, which is a Healthy eating advice. So not too much animal protein, one have to get crazy on grains as well, things like wheat most possessive to can create a problem.
