<p>1. Kettle bell swinging. Get each hand to hold the kettlebell and then lower it as you push back your hips, then thrust back up.</p>

<p>2. Push ups with extension. As you do pushups, move your hands further out in front.</p>

<p> 3. Stability ball pike.This one is similar to the jacknife stability sphere exercise.</p>
<p> With each foot on the ball and hands on the floor, use your hips to pull the ball inward This is one of those good <a rel="nofollow" href="http://abstrueguide.com/go/six_pack_ab_exercises/366/2" target="_blank">six pack ab exercises</a>.</p>
<p> 4. Stability ball extensions. With feet against the wall, support your chest with the ball.  With hands behind your head, rise up and then lower back down.</p>

<p>5.One hand kettlebell swings.Force your hips rearward and then power back. Completed your left and then do your right.</p>
</p>
<p>6. Clenched puswh-ups.<br /> These are pushups done with your hand in a fist until you can&#8217;t do any more.</p>
</p>
<p> 7. Stability leg curls.With feet on the stability ball, curl it in as you keep your thighs elevated. Keep each arm to its side.</p>
</p>
<p>8. Outward stability sphere roll.</p>
<p> Upright on your knees, put the ball in front of you with your hands on it and roll it out with your arms, and then bring it back in. Get an elongated stretch and work your abs.</p>
<p>9. Do some sprinting to finish up the workout. If you can&#8217;t sprint, try sprinting in place.</p>

<p>Your hands should come up above you and you should be on the balls of your feet.When those are done get into a plank posture for Spiderman pushups.</p>
<p> These are push-ups done normally except for bringing your knees up to your elbows on your way down.</p>
<p>When you&#8217;re done with that you need to get your walking lunges done. After stepping out make sure you go down and stay in a direct path, it&#8217;s stretching your hips.<br />Plank position start doing your spider climbs. Get each of your feet next to your hands, alternating sides.</p>

<p> Now you&#8217;ll do some burpee exercises.Do a pattern where you drop yourself down, push out, bring in, jump,and repeat. <p> I&#8217;m going to suggest to you my 15 minute workout that will be extremely effective in causing fat loss.<span id="more-358"></span> This is a compact routine designed to use your own body&#8217;s weight as a tool to make you lean and fit.</p>
</p>
<p>I&#8217;m going to have you do 3 exercise patterns without taking any breaks.You can rest after you have completed one cycle through all three exercises. you can take up to a minute to rest before completing the entire cycle again.</p>
</p>
<p> Make sure you push yourself to get through three complete cycles in fifteen minutes&#8217; time.</p>
<p>Start off you rowing with your own bodyweight using an underhanded grip.You need to have something over you that you can reach for and grasp, so be creative if you don&#8217;t have a bar.</p>
</p>
<p>Pull yourself up until your chest is at the same level as your hands. Lower yourself slowly and then repeat until you can&#8217;t do it any more. You&#8217;ll feel this a lot in your biceps with this exercise.</p>
</p>
<p> As soon as you&#8217;re done with the inverted body rows, you need to move on to do the Bulgarian style split squat. A <a rel="nofollow" href="http://abstrueguide.com/go/weight_loss_forum/358/2" target="_blank">weight loss forum</a> is a good place to discuss these exercises.</p>
</p>
<p>While standing on one of your feet and your other one to your rear on a chair, you will get this done.Your forword thigh should drop downward into the squat and then drive up.  You&#8217;ll feel a good stretch while you are in the down position.</p>
</p>
<p>Complete about 20 repetitions on your left and then on your right.Finally, this circuit and with the push-up done with closed hands.Your arms will do some more work like you did with the rows at the beginning.</p>
<p>Get an in plank position with your hands clenched. Do as many push-ups as you can do before you stop.You have performed this cycle once now,so take half a minute to rest and then do it again twice.</p>

<p> You&#8217;ll do a collection of exercises with barbells and you&#8217;ll do 15 reps of each of these. The type of exercise our sequence will use are squats, pushes, pulls, one-leg exercises, and a complete exercise of the body that will get the abs in shape.</p>
<p>There won&#8217;t be any resting going on between each exercise, but you&#8217;ll get sixty seconds to break at the end of each complex.Those who aren&#8217;t very strong can get started with an E-Z Curl bar if you&#8217;re not strong enough to be using the barbells.</p>
<p>If the EZ isn&#8217;t going to be light enough, just use a broom stick or just your body mass.</p>
<p>If you&#8217;re in above average shape you might want to began with a 50 pound barbell.I think the biggest part of it is actually doing something.</p>
<p> What we are going to do first as part of this super complex is squatting.Fifteen of these need to be done. just make sure your eyes are equal with the floor and you have them back.</p>
<p>The whole while you do this exercise you need to keep your posterior flat, even on the way to start. Do this properly if you want <a rel="nofollow" href="http://abstrueguide.com/go/rapid_weight_loss/356/2" target="_blank">rapid weight loss</a>.</p>
<p> The next thing to do is the push lift that requires a strong forceful movement upward. The movement at the top is the most important. Once those are out of the way, you did 15 of those right?, you can move on to barbell rowing.</p>
<p>For proper form you got to keep your in line posterior and line and your shoulder blade on the sides should be together. After these rows, do 15 reps of the lunge to the front for each of your sides.Get some lunges to your front done next. Once again the number is 15 repetitions for you to do.Exercise on the left for 15 and then do the right for 15. Make sure your foot is firmly on the ground.</p>
<p>Rest your hands on the barbell as you alternate the knee that comes up below your chest. With climbers alone you could <a rel="nofollow" href="http://abstrueguide.com/go/lose_20_pounds/356/3" target="_blank">lose 20 pounds</a>.</p>
