The bigger the plate or bowl, the tinier the amount of food looks on that plate or bowl. Because of this, we subconsciously feel like we have to fill up all the blank space and that’s what we do. So what you can do is utilize smaller plates and bowls and you will automatically cut down on your serving sizes.
