This is going to be a set of exercises that you can use on off days to boost your body’s recovery without getting intense. Doing this will reinforce your metabolic rate so your calorie consumption will stay elevated sounds interfering with your normal routine. Weight loss forum exercises are not always like these.
Begin with basic squats using only your body for weight. Get each hand ahead of you and get each foot spread slightly further than the hips.

Do some rolls on the floor with a tennis ball or rolling phone depending on where you feel sore.
Next do a series of routines with the stability device. For W, keep your elbows and the arm straight out.
Perform wyes with each thumb pointing to the sky. Use the upper muscle on each side for lifting.Ls externally rotate.
The “I” requires your arms out front and extended up. You can do these instead of six pack ab exercises.
The “T” is done with shoulder blades close in doing small movements.Get floored so you can use the exercise sphere to extend your hips and do the side plank.Keep youself aligned, bracing the abs.
You’ll have to do the regular plank next.The abs are going to feel it right now because of doing side planks earlier.
Extend your hips next, one at a time.Keeping a leg up, bridge the hips and gently let them back down. Stretch each calve muscle for about 30 seconds per side per rep. If you do some rolls at the same time, you’ll find that you can get relief from that stiff feeling and soreness. Once your calves are stretched, do some climbers with the exercise ball.
Hands are on top of the sphere and your body is aligned.You’ll do one side and then the other as your knees are brought under the torso and returned.
