I do have one of those giant balls but dont know what kinds of things to do. I am 5’6 and weigh 135. I am a skinny girl with a gut. I want a flat stomach any advice?

It’s normal to have some what of a “pooch” but “Crunches” work REAL well. Not sure how many sets you can do, but maybe go for it about 3 times a week and do a bunch till your tummy feels sore, when you feel the muscles “pull.”
You should notice your tummy flatten quick if you keep up with the crunches over time.
ask if you can use a treadmill at work. you’ll lose some weight, but please, wear deodorant.
you could go to the gym 3 times a week or you could get a yummy tuck.
yea do sprints. sprinting helps a lot, it helped Jessica Simpson get in shape for Dukes of Hazzard. Do 6 sets of 100meter sprints after a 2 mile run.
