It’s hard to have a hard body and a great look unless you eat properly. Here are some foods to stock your shelves and cabinets.A great body starts on the shopping trip: stay away from junk foods. Always focus on healthy foods to eat and we will teach you how to lose weight fast.
You need plenty of vegetables like onions, mushrooms, broccoli, and red peppers to go with morning eggs.Get some lean turkey to dice up and mix in with your eggs and swiss cheese.

Get some of the following foods to put in your fridge too:

Keep this food in the freezer:
* For variety, get different kinds of fish every week.
* Berries. Get fresh berries during the season, then freeze them so you have them all year.
* Frozen vegetables. Stock up on fresh veggies while in season, then freeze them to have a supply all year.
* Chicken breasts are convenient to heat up for salads, sandwiches, and wraps.
* Exotic lean meats like venison, buffalo or ostrich.Essential to a lean body, these meats are the healthiest around.
Let’s move to the cabinets to see what’s in there:* Oat bran and cut oats for more fiber than instant oats.
* Coconut milk in a can. Transfer to a bottle in the refrigerator after opening.
* Teas for antioxidants such as oolong, white, roobios, and green.
* Stevia, a natural sweetener (much better than artificial chemical sweeteners like aspartame).
* Maple syrup (organic of course). Don’t get the brands with high fructose corn syrup. It must be organic. Put it in your post-workout smoothies.
* Honey (raw). Great to put into teas. Helps glucose metabolism.
* Brown rice or other with high fiber. Avoid White rice.
* Kidney beans (canned). Add to Mexican wraps for nutrition. Also, a kidney beans are a good source of antioxidants.
* High-fructose-corn-syrup-free tomato sauces. This is a great source of lycopene.
* Dark chocolate. This is a good treat with a lot of antioxidants.
