This is a little tricky, and you might want to get advice from a trainer to make sure you are doing it right.You might think that this is meant to exercise your legs, but you will feel it in your abs as well.Get into push-up starting position, and then you’ll be ready to start your mountain climbers.What you do is bring your knee to your chest, then thrust your leg back out to starting position.You do this by alternating one leg at a time.
This can be a more challenging exercise if you move your hands at the same time you move your feet.Rest for about thirty seconds before going to the following exercise.After cycling through each group of three exercises, take a couple minutes’ break.
