With so much pressure time these days, exercising is often one of the first things people cut out.Right now, I will shatter the myth that being in shap requires lots of time spent in the gym every day. You can even do some six pack ab exercises.

I’m going to suggest to you my 15 minute workout that will be extremely effective in causing fat loss. This is a compact routine designed to use your own body’s weight as a tool to make you lean and fit.

I’m going to have you do 3 exercise patterns without taking any breaks.You can rest after you have completed one cycle through all three exercises. you can take up to a minute to rest before completing the entire cycle again.

Make sure you push yourself to get through three complete cycles in fifteen minutes’ time.

Start off you rowing with your own bodyweight using an underhanded grip.You need to have something over you that you can reach for and grasp, so be creative if you don’t have a bar.

Pull yourself up until your chest is at the same level as your hands. Lower yourself slowly and then repeat until you can’t do it any more. You’ll feel this a lot in your biceps with this exercise.

As soon as you’re done with the inverted body rows, you need to move on to do the Bulgarian style split squat. A weight loss forum is a good place to discuss these exercises.

While standing on one of your feet and your other one to your rear on a chair, you will get this done.Your forword thigh should drop downward into the squat and then drive up. You’ll feel a good stretch while you are in the down position.

Complete about 20 repetitions on your left and then on your right.Finally, this circuit and with the push-up done with closed hands.Your arms will do some more work like you did with the rows at the beginning.

Get an in plank position with your hands clenched. Do as many push-ups as you can do before you stop.You have performed this cycle once now,so take half a minute to rest and then do it again twice.
