In preparation for launch of my Racers Workout home dvd fitness course, it is an exercise in care to pin point the ideal market for our product.  Who is the ideal customer?  What is his/her age, interests, likes, passions, area of the country where they live, etc. From there, the goal is to get the benefits viewed as many people fitting that description as possible and try to bring those benefits to them.
